Audio-visual equipment upgrades for Cherokee Hall.

Consider approval of proposal from AGT, for upgrading the audio-visual equipment in Cherokee Hall to commercial standards at a cost of $55,940.23.

Adoption of FY2023 Budget.

Consider adoption of the FY2023 Budget totaling $361,398,337.00 for the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners.

Cherokee Recreation and Parks Grant Award.

Consider accepting the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund Project Agreement from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources in the amount of $1,600,000.00 for the Site Improvements to the Long Swamp Creek Recreation Area and consider approving a Budget Amendment in the amount of $600,000.00.

Trinity Presbyterian Church of Freehome Gym Lease.

Consider approving three (3) year lease with Trinity Presbyterian Church of Freehome for use of the Chris C. Hite Memorial Community Center gymnasium by Cherokee Youth Basketball.

Purchase of Motorola Body Cameras.

Consider approving an Amendment to the Vendor Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of 20 Body Cameras with in-car base kits for the Cherokee County Marshal's Office in the amount of $71,600.00.

Lease of AXON body cameras for the Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Center.

Consider the leasing of 150 body cameras from AXON to support the Sheriff’s Office Adult Detention Center requirements in the amount of $726,051.06 over five years.  This is a follow-on addition to the agreement approved on June 07, 2022.

Consider approving the purchase of the software AppraisalEst with SpatialEst Inc. for the Cherokee County Tax Assessor's Department in the amount of $37,000.00.

Consider award of a Standard Construction Services Agreement to Bartow Paving Company, Inc., the low bidder, for the construction of the Rhine Road Roadway Improvement Project, in the amount of $2,747,862.71.

Amicalola EMC Relocation - Rhine Road Roadway Improvement Project.

Consider approval of an invoice from Amicalola EMC in the amount of $314,737.29 for the relocation of facilities in conflict with the Rhine Road Roadway Improvement Project.

Bells Ferry Road Bridge Replacement Project - Right of Way Acquisition Fee Schedule.

Consider approval of a Right-of-way Acquisition Fee Schedule with Atlas Technical Consultants for the Bells Ferry Road Bridge Replacement Project in the amount of not to exceed $91,850.00.
